Qualifications:
Scott has owned and operated a full-service property inspection and consulting firm since 1995. Since 1995 he has inspected over 9,000 single family homes; 1800+ EIFS, Stucco, AMSV clad homes and buildings along with hundreds of commercial buildings. His primary business is centered on residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. Scott offers litigation support on legal matters involving residential construction issues, home inspections, construction defect and residential and commercial injury cases.
He also performs numerous progress/phase/draw inspections for commercial and residential projects for various lending institutions and individuals. Scott is an approved continuing education instructor for home inspectors in TN and teaches classes several times a year to inspectors in TN and across the country on various home inspection and building topics.
