Flood Analysis Report
We are pleased to be able to offer this special service trough the larges provider of Flood Data, First American Flood Data Service. Did you know that the all FEMA flood maps were redrawn at the beginning of 2007? You're not alone. Many homes and areas that had not been included in flood zones are now in them. Buyers, Homeowners and Realtors are unaware and are being surprised when they go to closing and discover that the home is in a Flood Zone. The reason that know body knows about this till closing is that the mortgage company does not order the flood certificate till a few days before closing. We can now change that!
This valuable service is only $30 if ordered with a home inspection and $45 without a home inspection. The Flood Analysis report will be delivered with the home inspection report. If you order an analysis without an inspection, your report it will be ready in a few hours with most address. Reports are sent via email.
If you don't have a home inspection you can still find out for about the same cost or less than an oil change for your car; Now you can find out if your new home or existing home is in a flood zone before it is too late!
