Scott has owned and operated a full service property inspection and consulting firm since 1995. In 2006 Scott expanded into the Nashville, TN area and is the primary inspector for the Mid-Tennessee office. Since 1995 he has inspected over 5,000 single family homes; 800 EIFS clad homes and buildings and numerous commercial buildings. His primary business is centered on residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. Scott offers litigation support on cases involving residential construction issues, home inspections and light commercial issues. He also performs progress/phase/draw inspections for commercial and residential projects; along with this he also performs asset/lease verifications for various clients.

Third Party residential inspector (licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi); EIFS inspector and FEMA disaster inspector; HUD/FHA approved inspector; 2007-2008 Board President, Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (National Home Inspector Exam).
